These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TripTo website, platforms, and all associated services.
By accessing, browsing, or using our website, or by engaging with any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to refrain from using our website or availing any of our services.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between you (“Client”, “Traveler”, “User”)
and TripTo (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By accessing our website, engaging with our representatives, or confirming any booking or service, you expressly acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, without limitation or qualification.

These Terms govern all services provided by TripTo, including but not limited to travel planning, consultations, itinerary design, bookings, and coordination of third-party services.

1.2 Nature of Services

TripTo acts strictly as a travel facilitator, planner, and intermediary, coordinating travel-related services through independent third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, local vendors, and government authorities.

TripTo does not own, operate, or control any such third-party entities and therefore shall not be held liable for any deficiency, delay, disruption, or failure in the services rendered by them.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers, which shall be binding upon the Client in addition to this Agreement.

1.3 Booking & Contract Formation

A booking shall be deemed confirmed and legally binding only upon:

  • Receipt of the required payment (partial or full)
  • Issuance of a formal written confirmation by TripTo

Until such confirmation is issued, all quotations, pricing, and availability are indicative and subject to change without notice.

The Client bears sole responsibility for verifying all booking details, including names, travel dates, destinations, and inclusions.
Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.

TripTo shall not be liable for any loss, denial of service, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

1.4 Media Consent & Marketing Usage

By confirming a booking or availing services, the Client irrevocably grants TripTo a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable license to use any photographs, videos, testimonials, or content (“Media Content”) captured during the trip or voluntarily shared by the Client.

Such content may be used across marketing channels including social media, advertisements, website content, branding materials,
and promotional campaigns without prior approval or compensation.

The Client expressly waives all rights to ownership claims, approvals, or financial compensation related to such usage.

Any opt-out request must be submitted in writing prior to travel commencement. TripTo shall not be responsible for content already published or shared by third parties.

1.5 Pricing & Financial Terms

All prices are based on prevailing rates and are subject to revision due to factors beyond TripTo’s control, including but not limited to currency fluctuations, supplier changes, fuel surcharges, and government-imposed taxes.

TripTo reserves the absolute right to revise pricing at any time prior to departure. Any increase shall be payable by the Client.

Only services explicitly mentioned in the confirmed itinerary are included. All other services shall be treated as excluded.

1.6 Payment Obligations

The Client agrees to adhere strictly to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.

Failure to make payments within the stipulated timelines may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice, along with applicable cancellation charges.

TripTo shall not be liable for any price increase, loss of inventory, or penalties resulting from delayed payments.

1.7 Changes, Amendments & Cancellations

All modification requests are subject to availability, supplier policies, and applicable charges.

Certain bookings, including flights, promotional fares, and peak-season reservations, may be non-changeable and non-refundable.

Cancellation charges shall apply as per supplier policies and may extend up to 100% of the booking value.

1.8 Travel Documentation & Compliance

The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation, including passports, visas, permits, and health certifications.

TripTo shall not be responsible for visa rejections, denied boarding, or immigration refusal under any circumstances.

1.9 Force Majeure & Travel Risks

TripTo shall not be held liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or supplier defaults.

The Client acknowledges and accepts all inherent risks associated with travel.

1.10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripTo’s liability shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of enjoyment, opportunity, or business
  • Personal injury, illness, or death
  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers

1.11 Traveler Conduct

The Client is expected to behave responsibly and comply with all local laws and regulations.

TripTo reserves the right to terminate services without refund if the Client engages in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

1.12 Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The Client is advised to obtain comprehensive coverage for medical emergencies,
cancellations, and personal losses.

TripTo shall not be liable for any losses that could have been covered under insurance.

1.13 Intellectual Property

All itineraries, travel plans, and materials provided by TripTo are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be
reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.

1.14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat.
